Summit of Sambuis (2734m)

Presentation

The Sambuis summit is at 2734 meters above sea level, you can see it from the Chef-lieu of Saint Colomban des Villards. It belongs to the Belledonne massif.

In summer, reachable by the Glandon pass road.
Two possible hiking departures :
- From the Glandon pass
- From the 1766m hairpin, which is the first out of four hairpins located under the pass, Savoy slope. It's the one nearest of the Glandon torrent.
