Angelina FAVARIO

Let me introduce myself, Angelina Favario, I am 18 years old and I am a Formula 4 car racing driver.
It was at the age of 13 that I started in karting in Crolles in Isère (Rhône-Alpes), licensed at ASK Savoie Grésivaudan. Very quickly spotted I compete and at the Rhône-Alpes league trophy championship I am then 3rd on the podium and winner of the women's.
Passionate about speed above all, at the age of just 16, I went to Finland to MS Drive for an ice driving course and there too, my first daughter so young, surrounded by experienced adults. I was invited by the manager of the Andros e-trophy 2019-2020, Max Mamers, to participate in the races of Val Thorens and Lans-en-Vercors, I won the race of Val Thorens and finished 4th in Lans-en-Vercors , a very rewarding experience. Even more determined than ever, I am quickly starting single-seaters in Formula 4 and visiting the FFSA (French motorsport federation) at Le Mans where I am competing in the French Formula 4 championship this year while being the only woman on the grid, in 2021. I have 21 races throughout the year and my debut went rather well, given the high level of the other drivers, I am progressing very well!
Together with my parents, we set up my association Angélina FSA (Favario Sport Automobile) in order to promote women in men's sports, I carry out actions to convince people that motor sport is a mixed sport and that a woman is as capable than a man to practice it.
