Departure: Saint-Alban-des-Villards, the First Villard
Description: at the top of the hamlet of Premier Villard, park at the start of the Route Forestière du Replat then take this road, on foot or on snowshoes. At Plan du Cruet (alt. 1060m), leave the Route Forestière du Replat on the left and follow the Route Forestière du Monthyon on the right which joins the Combe des Reisses.
Cross the bridge of the same name and continue to the hamlet of Monthyon, almost completely uninhabited in winter.
Return by the same route.
