Originally from Saint-Colomban-des-Villards through his maternal family, Dantès is a singer who has the distinction of being very well known to the Chinese.
In 2016, Dai Liang (chinese name of Dantès) releases a movie clip dedicated at the Maurienne, named "J'aime la Maurienne", with a chinese version, named "Moliyene".
In 2018, he releases a book named "The French boy who write and sing in chinese" which talk about his experience since his learning of the chinese language at 11 years old to his first album publication in China.
Since the early 2000s the villarin is living between Shanghai and the Maurienne and sketches his musical projects in his recorded studio in Lachenal, in the house that his family own for 120 years.
In 2020, he comeback for a concert at the end of january, but he's stucked at Lachenal due to the pandemic and releases the title "Des cimes" during the lockdown.
