A gourmet conference in images and films to tell the fascinating story of gastronomy in Savoie, followed by a tasting. An evening hosted by a guide from the Pays d'art et d'histoire des hautes-vallées de Savoie.
Small stories of cooking on the menu, from forgotten products to grandmother's recipes, from the vineyards to the mountain tops!
Go back in time in pictures and discover the origins of traditional Savoyard dishes, the products and recipes emblematic of the High Valleys of Savoy.
Some traditional recipes are presented during the conference and available on www.fondation-facim.fr.
Screening animated by a guide from the Pays d'art et d'histoire des Hautes vallées de Savoie, with the Facim Foundation.
